Mike brings over 34 years as General Manager, President and CEO of various telecom companies. These roles have ranged from small Start-ups to large $Billion enterprises both public and private, in both Canada and the USA. He has helped to raise 100’s of $M over this period, as well as directly participated in IPO’s and M&A’s from $10 Millions to $3.2B.
These engagements included significant channel management experience, direct sales to multinationals, global initiatives and a variety of business models including SW Licensing, Large System Sales, MRR models etc.
Perhaps most importantly Mike has had the pleasure over these years of creating and working closely with diverse management teams. He is a keen believer that scaling a company requires developing a team that thrives in a creative execution focused work environment where listening to all constituents comes first and is never ending.
