Lauren works with SaaS companies on strategic customer experience initiatives that increase user adoption, elevate customer success, and deliver customer value. Prior to joining Stratford Managers, Lauren held leadership and executive roles in global strategy, customer experience, and enterprise learning and adoption at Cognos, IBM, Parametric Technology Corp, and Kinaxis.
Lauren thrives at the intersection of strategy and execution. In her most recent role on the executive leadership team at Kinaxis, Lauren led a multi-departmental team to design and build an interactive digital knowledge network powered by machine learning. The team was honoured with a coveted industry innovation award for its unique approach to scaling access to knowledge across customers, partners, and employees.
Lauren currently sits on the Executive Council of the Customer Education Management Association, and is Director, Governance on the iSisters Technology Mentoring board. She holds university degrees in Commerce (Queen’s), Education (Western), and Linguistics (Ottawa U).
Lauren runs a virtual triathlon daily, keeping up with her three very active kids.
