The company was founded in 2006 by serial entrepreneur Jim Roche. After ten years leading a highly successful multimillion dollar company through rapid growth, acquisitions and IPO, Jim wanted to share the knowledge he’d accumulated with other growing companies. Jim quickly attracted other consultants with extensive executive experience to Stratford. Together, they coached clients from the perspective of peers and didn’t hesitate to climb down into the trenches to improve their businesses.
