Laura’s career spans over 17-years working with organizational change and culture, corporate communications and leadership development. Serving as an Executive Coach with the Global Institute for Leadership Development since 2012 has seen Laura working with international leaders and executives in a variety of industries such as financial and insurance services, health care, manufacturing, airlines, oil & gas and government.
Laura served as President and Chair of the Leadership Society of Vancouver Island for several years and she is the founder of the Mid-Island Coaches Network. She has also been a member of the Young Professionals association, has been a Director for the Vancouver Island Coaches Association and has been recognized as a Finalist two-years running in her region’s Community and Business Achievement Awards.
Laura is certified by the Newfield Network and holds the Professional Certified Coach designation granted by the International Coach Federation as well as an undergraduate degree from the University of Manitoba.
Laura is based in beautiful British Columbia, Canada.
